Continuing to do a great deal of sales, Thom was brokering and importing $750,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 yearly in horse deals. During his time there Thom also helped develop the Our Farm Inc and Briarwood Farm horse show series.

After leaving Our Farm Inc, Thom purchased a 20 acre, 28 stall working horse farm in Frenchtown, NJ where he continued to train, show, and broker local and improted show horses. In 1993 Thom was asked to coach the US team in the Central American Games in Ponce, Puerto Rico, winning both the individual and team Silver Medals.

Thom then moved in 2000 to Essex Equestrian Center in West Orange, NJ where he was the Director and Head Trainer for seven years. Upon arrival, the operation was failing. Within the first year revenue increased by 2900% and safety improved by 73%. The facitilty averaged 300 riding lessons per week and provided a Certified Riding for the Handicapped program on location that averaged 90 lessons per week.

Thom has recently returned to conducting business during the summer in Pompton Plains, NJ and spending the winter months in both Ocala and Wellington, FL.
